​Appointments:

1 Hour (50 min) sessions are available for appointment (longer- double sessions available upon request).

Insurance:

I have chosen not to process my client's insurance claims myself in order to protect their privacy. This lets them be in full control over whether or not their diagnosis code and other documentation is recorded on their permanent medical records. I do, however, provide Colorado Superbill Insurance receipts to all my clients for their own records or if they wish to submit them for HSA or insurance reimbursement.

Payment:
Prior auto pay, cash, check, or credit card payments are due at each session.

24hr. Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session.
